{ Betty Refour. Ms. Refour is an artist on a mission — to raise awareness (and money) for cancer research, autism treatment and other critical issues. She sells note cards, handcrafted jewelry and paintings through her successful eBay store, and recently launched an Etsy shop. Betty is prolific and socially-conscious — a winning combination for any entrepreneur. Browse through her craft items, buy one of her pieces — or just shoot her an e-mail to say, “keep on rockin’, lady!” }

{ Erika Lyremark. Erika is a firecracker, a bombshell, a ballsy chick and one fierce career coach. She’s also in the running to be Oprah’s next BFF. Watch her audition video for the Your OWN Show contest, and vote “Yes!” on Proposition Lyremark. Secret confession: I want Erika to win so that she’ll invite me on her talk show as her sassy resume-designing sidekick. Twin Cities, represent! }

{ Megan Maloy. Ms. Maloy entered my Spruce Up Yo’ Resume Scholarship Contest and took advantage of my “Pay What You Can” consolation prize. Earlier this week, we jammed for an hour on personal branding and creative networking. She’s working on expanding her photography portfolio, and is accepting pro-bono, work / trade & barter clients on a limited, selective basis. If you’re looking for a righteous young talent with a Gothic vibe and a stellar work ethic, hit this chick up. She won’t be “free” for long. }
